Every entereprise ive ever had to deal with has been pathetic! And this location is no different! It always takes forever and every location always likes to say well insurance needs to resubmit it you'll need to call them! No, why don't you call them and straighten it out yourselves!
We actually went to enterprise at this location. The lady that helped us there was dragging like she hated her life or something. Took too long to do a basic job. Very disappointing.
Made a reservation everything went very well ended up with an eye center Insurance paid for it no hassles good service great staff.
Called and they said no problem we have plenty of cars. When i arrived all they had was a mini van that wasn't even ready. The two women at the desk were not helpful at all or even seemed concerned with my problem. One was eating and smacking her food the whole time i sass standing there it was gross! Terrible customer service!
Everyone moving in slow motion. Morale is at rock bottom! Where are the responsible management people? Yikes!! Never again.
